History and Location

3D Automation Ltd formed in May 2002 as Electrical and Instrument Engineers. Our specialty is in the Instrumentation area of the Power Generation Industry with an emphasis on Turbine Supervisory Equipment and Plant Condition Monitoring. We are located along the M4 corridor in South-West Wales, where we are able to serve our customers Nationwide.

We can provide a fully integrated package to our customers, providing a one-stop solution that is presented with a personal, efficient and friendly atmosphere. All work is completed to the highest standard and quality, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.

Design

We can provide a comprehensive service, incorporating the complete design of systems. Including wiring systems, plc control, process hook-ups, radio-telemetry control, instrument and equipment selection from all the major manufacturers.

Manufacture

All work is built to the highest standards and supported by an efficient team of skilled electrical, electronic, instrument, and software engineers.

Installation & Commissioning

We have the facilities and experience to undertake the Installation and Commissioning of Electrical and Instrument work associated with Supervision and Process monitoring, Control and Data acquisition systems.

Calibration & Repair

Our Engineers can provide a certified instrument repair and calibration service utilising test and measurement facilities, all traceable to National Standards. Support can also be provided for routine inspection, calibration, and repair of critical equipment.

Maintenance

For the continued safeguarding of expensive plant during operation, regular preventative maintenance is essential. Our engineers can cover both periodic inspection and testing of plant and equipment and on site fault analysis, rectification and repair or renewal.
